RMA Form for Sight Systems' Customers

Please provide the following information to allow us to process your return.











Product Details



Note the Tag Number is on a yellow "Void if removed" label on products.





  • Goods for credit should be returned as purchased (in original undamaged packaging with all manuals and disks).
  • All goods being returned must have the RMA number clearly visible on the packaging.
  • Please print and enclose a copy of this form, to help speed up processing
  • Goods will not be accepted where no RMA number has been issued.
  • Replacement goods, if required will normally be sent on receipt of returned goods.
  • There may be a restocking charge for incorrectly ordered products.
  • There may be a service charge for "faulty product" if no fault is found.
  • Goods returned for investigation no way implies liability on behalf of Sight Systems Ltd.
