Custom Computer Engineering
Building custom computers is quite a responsibility. In order to fulfil our customer’s individual requirements we often find ourselves in unchartered territory; each project is unique. At Sight Systems we prove our designs and hardware to exacting standards. Only by testing our products in this way can we ensure that each and every computer that leaves our premises will perform to the required standards.
For example, all of our computers are designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard using SolidWorks 3-D design software. Our 19″ rack mounted equipment is designed in accordance with IEC 60297-2 and EIA-310-E and everything is built in accordance with safety standard EN 60950-1.
But we don’t stop there. Dependant on requirements, we can carry out third party testing in order to obtain UL certification, EMC pre-compliance and type testing .We offer product lifecycle management and we work with component suppliers to confirm early end of life notification.
In order to get to this stage we follow five distinct processes that we feel are necessary to ensure that we provide you with the right product.
